1.  Select Your Design

The designs featured on our website may be used for any purpose, so find the design that fits your project!  Reference the design by name when you place your order.  Are you looking for something completely custom?  Let us estimate the design time needed for your project.   Did you design your stationery?  We accept supplied files, however just check with us to make sure they are press-ready. 

2.  Customize

Jot all of your ideas down!  Select the paper(s), ink(s) and font(s) for your project.  Consider any embellishments and upgrades you may like to add as well.  You may reference a Spark design when making your selections. 

3.  Order

Placing an order with Spark means you are starting the design process.  Complete our ONLINE ORDER FORM so we can collect your details.  

4.  Payment

A 50% down payment is collected on all custom orders via our online invoicing system.  We do not collect payment until your order details are approved.  Final payment is requested before your order ships.


After Your Order is Placed

Initial Steps. 

After you complete the steps above, a Spark stationery consultant will be in touch with you by email the following business day.  We will review all of your order details and provide you with detailed pricing estimate (emailed to you).  When pricing is approved and we have your design concept, details and wording, we will generate a PDF design proof in 1-3 business days (longer if custom artwork is requested), showing all of your selections, right down to the rounded corners.

Proofing. 

We allow up to two PDF design proofs generated for a standard custom order.  At least three PDF proofs are provided for custom orders that require paid design time due to new artwork creation.  Each additional PDF proof generated is $30.  Don't worry, we try our best to get it right the first time!

Approval. 

Once you provide your approval to print, your order moves into production.  We collect final payment at this time.  An invoice will be emailed to you so you can make a secure payment via our online system. All letterpress orders ship in 15-18 business days.

Are you local? 

If you are able to visit our Minneapolis showroom, feel free to follow this process or work in person with our stationery consultant.  You also have the option to pick-up your order at our showroom!
